School Lunch Program Information

2023 - 2024 School Lunch Program

Maywood Public School serves nutritionally balanced meals for lunch each day.  Students are able to purchase  a lunch that does not exceed $3.40 in price.  Adult lunches currently are $4.60 each.  Payment for lunches may be made one at a time or pay for meals in advance.  Students who meet federal guidelines may qualify for free or reduced lunches.  You may apply for free and reduced lunches by requesting an application from the school business office, going to Quick Links on the right hand side Home Page of this website and clicking on the EZ Meal button, or by using the following link:

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
