Mock Trial

This year's Mock Trial case is a civil case in which  the plaintiff, Kelly Panenka brings a complaint against the Defendant, Rabona Foods, Inc. for breach of contract. Team members competed in their first competition in Benkelman on October 21 against Perkins County. Team members include: Jack McIntosh, Emmy Oldham, Ryan Canaan, Jason McIntosh, Kizziah Rutherford, and Aniah Seiler. Jack McIntosh was named most effective attorney and Emmy Oldham was voted most effective witness by the Perkins County team. The next Mock Trial competition is November 4.
