Most rewarding part of coaching: Watching kids improve as the season progresses and building relationships with student-athletes.

Goal for the season: To push each player to reach their potential as a person and as an athlete.To improve on our team goals every game. To win Class D2 State Championship.

Most rewarding part of coaching: The most rewarding part is getting to see the progression of the athletes from day one to the end of the year and watching how they handle success and failure throughout the season.
Most challenging part of coaching: The most challenging part is remembering that there are some things that the athletes have to figure out for themselves. I cannot do it all for them or always make things easier for them.
Goal for the season: My goal is to coach my team to the best of my ability and hopefully help these athletes have a better understanding of the game at the end of the season. We want to be 70% from the free throw line and end with a winning season, preferably in Lincoln in March.
