Most rewarding part of coaching: Getting to be a part of a team and seeing kids improve.
Most challenging part of coaching: The most challenging part of coaching is getting everyone to buy in to their role on the team. If that can be achieved, the results and
the experience are very rewarding.
Goal for season: My main goal as a coach is to help my players develop into respectful, hard-working young men. Our goals for the season are to work hard and to get better each and every day. If we do that, hopefully that will result in us playing our best basketball at the end of the year.

Most rewarding part of coaching: Watching students improve and helping them achieve as much as I can.
Most challenging part of coaching: Instilling a winning mindset and culture where everyone has their own role they willingly fill.
Goal for season: My goal as a coach is to help our players improve on and off the court to the best of my abilities. We're hoping to build off of last year and continue to improve as a program.
