Maywood Welcomes New Shop Teacher

How do you play chess and cards? Well, if you don’t know how to play these game Maywood’s new shop teacher, Mr. Thoendel could easily teach you. Brad Thoendel is the new MPS Industrial Technology teacher and is ready for a fresh, new year of teaching at Maywood. Mr. Thoendel is originally from Ewing, Nebraska, where he had six older brothers. Mr. Thoendel attended Northeast Community College for his bachelors, and then went on to Wayne State University for his masters. Mr. Thoendel is 28 years old and currently lives in Maywood with his wife, Courtney, a few of his hobbies include; hunting, golfing, being outdoors, and of course woodworking. MPS is super excited to welcome Mr. Thoendel and see what he has played for our Industrial Tech and welding kids this year. Welcome Mr. Thoendel
