One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish
On Wednesday, March 2nd, the MPS Elementary classes celebrated Dr. Seuss’s birthday with games, green eggs, and . . . sorry, but no green ham. The PK-5th grade students were invited to come celebrate with Dr. Seuss. The Cat in the Hat made a special appearance and came down to see the kids at his party that began at 2pm and lasted until 3:30.
The Cat in the Hat told the kids to wear crazy socks for the fox, and grab their hats to read to the cat. The final thing he wanted the kids to wear to his party were their PJ’s. The students rotated from room to room and celebrated reading with a big BOOM!
